Ich bin Magda, 25 Jahre und werde ab Ende September nach Bozen ziehen und meinen master starten in critical creative practisies. Ich habe die letzten Jahre in Rosenheim gelebt und meinen Bachelor in Innenarchitektur gemacht. Wir bieten ab 1. März 2026 einen Platz in einer Wohngemeinschaft in Klausen zusammen mit unserem 29-jährigen Sohn Michael und einem/r Student/in an.

Michael ist Schauspieler und ist trotz seiner geistigen Beeinträchtigung (Down-Syndrom) sehr autonom. Er arbeitet halbtags in der Theatergruppe „Teatro la Ribalta – Akademie Kunst der Vielfalt“ in Bozen und ist auch öfters für mehrere Tage bzw. Wochen mit der Theatergruppe auf Tournee. Er organisiert sich dabei sehr selbständig, bedarf aber einer minimalen Begleitung. Kurzum, er führt ein relativ normales Leben so wie die meisten anderen Jugendlichen auch.

Unser Angebot richtet sich somit an eine/n Student/in mit einer sozialen Ader, der/die eine Unterkunft sucht und bereit ist, zusammen mit einer/m weiteren Student/in, unserem Sohn eine kleine Stütze zu geben. Erfahrungsgemäß nimmt dieser Beistand max. 1 Stunde täglich ein.

Im Gegenzug dafür stellen wir ein Zimmer mit getrenntem Bad in einer voll eingerichteten Wohnung in Klausen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Zug- und Busbahnhofes, mit ökonomischen Vorteilen, zur Verfügung. Letztere bestehen darin, dass keine Miete anfällt und lediglich die Führungskosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, usw.) getragen werden müssen. Die Führungskosten betragen insgesamt ca. 400€/Monat, hängen aber natürlich vom effektiven Verbrauch ab. Alle weiteren Details vertiefen wir gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch.
